For Groups Working on Land and Resource Struggles in Forests
If your organisation is involved in land and resource struggles, the Campaign's "Guide to the Forest Rights Act" (attached below) is a general introduction to the Act and its powers. However, please note that the situation varies from State to State, as do the dangers. Therefore it would be best to contact an organisation in your State that is already involved in the struggle.
